Start with a time you can make.

Look for a class that fits the shape of your week. A comfortable routine is easier to understand than an ambitious plan that does not fit your day. The example schedule lets you compare the available class types.

02

Ask the ordinary questions.

Where do I put my things? What should I wear? How early should I arrive? These are useful questions. A welcoming studio makes room for them and explains the small details that help you settle in.

03

Notice your own experience.

A class is an opportunity to pay attention, not a test of what someone else can do. Communicate discomfort, ask for explanations, and stop when you need to. This general content does not replace individual guidance from an appropriate professional.

Keep exploring.
